Leuco ( own spelling : LEUCO ) is a manufacturer in the field of carbide and diamond-tipped machine tools for wood and plastic processing. The range of tools includes circular saw blades, hoggers, drilling and shank tools, drills, clamping devices and indexable inserts. Offers such as the sharpening service, application advice and service packages, which are bundled under the heading of tool management, round off the spectrum. Leuco customers are sawmills, the construction, furniture and panel industries as well as interior construction companies. Leuco employs 1,142 people worldwide. Leuco was founded in 1954 by the businessman Willi Ledermann and the technician Josef Störzer.
