Licinius Clement
Licinius Clemens (his praenomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .
Two inscriptions found at Fort Magnis prove that Clemens was prefect of the Cohors I Hamiorum around 163/166 , which was stationed in the province of Britannia at that time .
