Supplier contract

A supplier contract is an agreement with a supplier for the delivery of certain goods or services . In contrast to a delivery schedule , a supplier contract does not contain exact delivery quantities and delivery dates, but only stipulations about the total scope and the price conditions. One distinguishes

  • Quantity contracts in which the total quantity to be delivered is specified in the agreement period and
  • Value contracts in which the total value of the deliveries and services is agreed.
