Lay time
Time spent in the working world
Under time spent means all times, running due a work item or trouble caused not processed, tested or transported.
From running conditional lying is when the chairs on the working conditions of unavoidable part of the work process. Typical idle times due to the process are:
- Work items in the buffer
- In the case of batch processing, the parts in front of and behind the workstation that are currently not being processed
- Waiting times when setting up the work system
- Interruption of activity due to recovery
Of additional beds is when the chairs takes place due to interference:
- Power failure
- Unplanned failure of the equipment
- Organizational error
- personal interruption of the activity
- etc.
