The League for the Fifth International is a Trotskyist organization campaigning for the creation of a Fifth Socialist International because the previous four Internationals have "collapsed or degenerated".

In April 2003 the “League for a Revolutionary Communist International” renamed itself to the “League for the Fifth International” at its 6th Congress, in which 39 delegates from its sections took part.

The organization's sections are: Gruppe Arbeitermacht (Germany), Arbeiterstandpunkt (AST) (Austria), Workers Power (Great Britain), Cinquiéme Internationale (France), Socialistická organizace pracujících (Czech Republic), Arbetarmakt (Sweden), Socialist Party of Sri Lanka (SPSL) (Sri Lanka) and Revolutionary Socialist Movement (RSM) (Pakistan).
