Lions Quest

Lions Quest is a life skills and prevention program for young people that consists of two segments with different target groups: Lions Quest “Growing Up” and Lions Quest “Acting Adult”.

The Lions- owned program Lions-Quest was specially developed by a group of experts around the education, social and health scientist Klaus Hurrelmann .

Lions 'Growing Up' Quest

Lions quest “Growing up” is aimed at children and young people aged 10 to 14 and is primarily taught in lower secondary education by specially trained teachers in order to specifically strengthen the personal and social key skills of the students.

Acting Adult Lions Quest

Since 2014, the Lions quest “Growing up” has been supplemented by “Acting as an adult”, which was specially developed for teenagers and young adults from 15 to around 21 years of age. This program, which goes beyond a pure prevention program and also includes newer approaches such as "Service Learning", was the only program in Germany specially designed to support students from general schools as well as teenagers and young adults at the transition from school to work and outside of school To achieve youth work.
