The list of United States Ambassadors in Guinea-Bissau provides an overview of the heads of the US diplomatic mission in Guinea-Bissau since 1976.
Until May 12, 1983, the US ambassador in Praia was also regularly accredited in Bissau . Until June 14, 1998, the embassy was located at 1 Rua Ulysses S. Grant, Bairro de Penha, Bissau. Since February 13, 2004, the ambassador in Dakar has also been regularly accredited to the government in Bissau.
