List of Directorate Award winners at Men's Ice Hockey World Championships
The IIHF - Men's Ice Hockey World Championship has been held annually since 1930, with the exception of the time of World War II . Since 1954, individual player trophies (Directorate Awards) have been given at the end of each tournament, with the best striker, defender and goalkeeper being recognized. In addition, his 1999 most valuable player in the tournament received an award.
The IIHF directorate, which decides on the awarding of the trophies, consists of one member from each participating country. The awards will be given after the final game for the gold medal.
