This list includes the members of the Reichstag after the election to the National Assembly in 1919 and after the Reichstag elections from 1920 to 1938 .
The Weimar Republic was founded by the National Assembly . On July 31, 1919, the Weimar Constitution was adopted in its final form by the National Assembly and signed by President Friedrich Ebert on August 11, 1919 .
In the elections for the 9th, 10th and 11th Reichstag, only members of the NSDAP and some non-party members who were referred to as "guests" took part. Officially, the Weimar Republic still existed, even if its constitution had in fact been suspended; it is spoken here of the Reichstag under National Socialism .
