The list of protected parts of the landscape in the district of St. Johann im Pongau contains the protected parts of the landscape in the district of St. Johann im Pongau ( Land Salzburg ). The district houses a total of 16 protected parts of the landscape, with three protected areas in the municipality of Mühlbach am Hochkönig and two each in the municipalities of Eben im Pongau , Forstau and Radstadt . The protected parts of the landscape include a wide variety of biotopes, with bodies of water, moorland, meadows, avenues and forests under the protected areas.

		Zauchensee	GLT00117	Altenmarkt im Pongau KG:  Palfen location	In addition to the Zauchensee , the protected part of the landscape also includes its associated siltation zones. On the east bank of the lake there is a wide sedge border, in the north there is a pasture area. 		Prossauwald natural forest reserve in Gastein	GLT00080	Bad Gastein KG:  Remsach GrStNr: 590 ff. Location	The Prossauwald natural forest reserve in the Kötschachtal extends over an altitude of between 1350 and 1850  m on the slope of the Grasleitenkogel. The area is home to mixed forests of the high-montane (spruce-fir forest with pine and mountain ash) to sub-alpine level (larch-stone pine forest with spruce and mountain pine).	43.12 ha	02/28/1990
		Ahornallee in Eben	GLT00121	Eben im Pongau KG:  Eben im Pongau GrStNr: 484/1; 631/4; 297 location	The approximately 650 m long Ahornallee extends between a row settlement in the east and the ÖBB-Selztal route in the west. 		Forstaubach	GLT00042	Forstau KG:  Forstau location	The protected part of the landscape includes the Forstaubach from the source of the stream at the head of the valley to the beginning of the village of Forstau. In addition to the water, its banks are also protected over a width of 5 to 10 m. Besides ravine forest zones, the reserve is also home to lowland forest sections and open alpine meadows and birds such as the dipper , the wagtail , the wren and the wagtail .	30.22 hectares	November 20, 1985
		Langegg pond	GLT00054	Forstau KG:  Forstau GrStNr: 79; 1022 location	The Langeggteich is located around one kilometer north of Forstau, which is framed by wet meadows on the west and north-east banks. 		Lärchen-Allee at the Mitterbergalpe	GLT00006	Mühlbach am Hochkönig KG:  Mühlbach GrStNr: 1417; 678; 676/41; 681/1 location	Lärchen-Allee is just before its end point between the Hochkeil-Haus, which is 1380  m high, and the Mitterbergalpe, which is around 50 m higher. The avenue consists of a total of 38 trees that extend over a length of around 120 m. The larches are around 15 meters high.	0.6 ha	04/23/1980
		High moor on the Dientner Sattel	GLT00015	Mühlbach am Hochkönig KG:  Mühlbach GrStNr: 14, 13/7, 8/9 location	The high moor on the Dientner Sattel is a dwarf birch moor at around 1320  m above sea level. It was created in a glacial channel on the S-slope of the Hochkönig. It is largely surrounded by spruce forest and is characterized by flat moor meadows, turf-haired moor and high moor areas with groups of mountain pines (dwarf birch).	4.7 hectares	December 17, 1980
		Moor area on the Troiboden	GLT00027	Mühlbach am Hochkönig KG:  Mühlbach GrStNr: 679/1 location	The moor area on the Troiboden consists of several land areas on the northern slope of the Hochkeil. The plain was created by mining, whereby the westernmost and at the same time largest moor area is called "Langes Moos", to which the "Troiböden" connect in the east.	6.49 ha	09/22/1982

		Iris meadow near Radstadt	GLT00061	Radstadt KG:  Höggen or Radstadt GrStNr: 199/3 or 482/1; 482/6 location	The Iris Meadow is home to several thousand specimens of the Siberian Iris ( Iris sibirica ). It is bordered in the west and east by cultivated meadows, in the south by the canalized Große Loh and in the north by a row of willow bushes.	2.71 ha	06/03/1987
		Schachenmoor near Radstadt	GLT00079	Radstadt KG:  Löbenau GrStNr: 320 / 1,2; 321; 322/1; 323/1; 324/1 ff. Location	The Schachenmoor houses a forest moor with adjoining wet meadows, which is densely overgrown with pine trees in the center. Spruce, Scots pine and birch are scattered in between, while the wood-free sections contain a vegetation mosaic of bulten and Schlenken .	4.36 ha	01/10/1990
		Latschen-Hochmoor Filzen Grünmaiß-Alm	GLT00005	Werfen KG:  Reitsam GrStNr: 514/1; 514/2 location	The Latschen-Hochmoor Filzen Grünmaiß-Alm is located at around 1125  m above sea level on a saddle flat below the Grünmaißalm. The saddle flat was formed over Werfen slate during the Ice Age. The high moor area includes open sections with bults and areas densely overgrown with mountain pines.	4.81 ha	02/13/1980
