This is the list of Canada's Ambassadors to the European Union . The official English title of the Canadian EU ambassador is: "Head of Mission" or (since 2002) "Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary". The list also includes ambassadors to the three European Communities , a post that Canada first awarded in 1960.
