London Conference (1992)

The London Conference on Former Yugoslavia took place from August 26-27, 1992.

The conference was chaired by Lord Carrington . It adopted a catalog of principles for dealing with the Yugoslavia question, which mainly focused on the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms as well as of minorities. It also contained an explicit condemnation of mass displacement.
