Lost In Desire is a music project by Stephan S. that was founded in 2008. It is his first project as a solo artist and the style combines elements from different musical genres such as alternative, pop and synth rock.
history
Stephan S. started playing the piano and guitar at the age of 4. After playing in various bands, he turned to electronic music and achieved some chart success with various projects, including Silicon Brothers (published on Club Culture / Warner) and Code Red (Subzero). In 2004, Stephan began to work mainly in various productions and projects and collected material for his own songs, only to return in 2010 with his first solo project Lost in Desire . The first album of the same name was released on Echozone / Sony in spring 2010 .
style
The style of Lost In Desire cannot be ascribed to a single genre, as it combines all the influences from Stephan's previous musical work.
Hard guitar sounds just as present as analog synthesizers and ballads line up on industrial tracks. The stylistic conglomerate is underlined by in-depth texts and spoken poems, but all the songs have a dark sensuality in common that defines Lost In Desire .
