Louis Odo Boeck
Louis Odo Boeck , also Luis Odo Boeck , Lois Odo Boeck and Lois Odo Böck , (around 1898 - after 1944) was an opera singer ( bass baritone ) and theater director .
Life
At the beginning of his singing career, Boeck worked at the Stadttheater Troppau from 1922 to 1923, at the Teplitz Theater from 1923 to 1926, at the Augsburg Theater from 1926 to 1929 and at the Deutsches Theater in Prague from 1929 to 1932.
In 1932 he went back to Augsburg and worked there as a singer and director until 1944. His further life is unknown.
Mainly he sang Wagner roles, he was also active at the Bayreuth Festival . There he sang “Donner” in Rheingold in 1928 and “Klingsor” in Parsifal , the latter also in 1930.
