Lucius Caecilius Optatus

Lucius Caecilius Optatus was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 3rd century AD .

Three inscriptions found at the Bremenium fort prove that Optatus 213 was a tribune of the Cohors I Fida Vardullorum , who was stationed in the province of Britannia at that time .
