Career

Carbone belonged to at least 1902 and 1903 in the role of the central half of the team Nacional Montevideo , the Uruguayan champions. Carbone joined in 1905 together with his brothers, the goalkeeper "Pancho" Carbone and the left winger Pedro Carbone the predecessor club of Club Atlético Peñarol , the Central Uruguay Railway Cricket Club (CURCC). He was part of the regular formation of the team that won the Uruguayan championship in the Primera División that year undefeated and without conceding a goal . Carbone acted in the position of the left half. In 1906 he left the Montevideans in the second half of the year, but returned in 1907. But that year he was not part of the team. In 1908 he said goodbye again and from then on played again for Nacional Montevideo. In 1911 he joined Bristol .

National team

Carbone was a member of the Uruguayan senior team . From his debut on July 20, 1902 to his last appearance on October 4, 1908 as part of the Copa Premio Honor Argentino , he completed six international matches, according to the RSSSF . He did not score an international goal.
