MMC64

The MMC64 is a cartridge for the home computer C64 , which is connected to the expansion port of the computer. The MMC64 is a read / write device for MMC and SD memory cards (up to 4 GB) and was developed in 2005 by Oliver Acht. The flashable BIOS built into the MMC64 with the integrated file browser makes it possible to start games and applications. An integrated player offers the possibility of playing SID files. Additional cartridges can be connected through the looped expansion port. There is also a so-called clock port ; it is intended for connecting the RR-Net network card or the MP3 @ C64 sound card .
