Turck MMCache is a free PHP accelerator , optimizer and caching system and is no longer being developed. Version 2.4.6 for PHP 4.3.4 was the last official version.
According to the development team, MMCache was one of the more efficient products of its kind.
In the meantime, MMCache under Windows has been replaced by eAccelerator , which was originally only available for Linux .
