• Rudolf Macuch (* Dolné Bzince [Bzince pod Javorinou] / Slovakia October 16, 1919 – Berlin July 23, 1993), Slovak-German Iranian and Orientalist (Semitist), for many years at the Free University of Berlin. Buried on the town. Berlin-Zehlendorf cemetery, Onkel-Tom-Strasse 30, field 012-301.
