In Germany it is a trademark registered by Eberhard Dittmann in classes 9, 16 and 25 since 1997 . At that time, Dittmann's skateboard retail chain Titus GmbH published the first magalog. It combined a classic product catalog for fun sports and streetwear articles with an editorial part, which consisted of articles from the skateboard and fun sports scene.
