Management company

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A management company is a contractual partner of service providers within the framework of integrated care , e.g. B. Doctors, hospitals etc. and health insurance companies.

In Germany, this has been in effect since the statutory health insurance modernization law came into force on January 1, 2004. The management company structure enables collective agreements to be concluded. Without the interposition of a management company, the doctors would have to conclude a direct contract with the health insurance company.
