The pyramid management system serves as a tool for system analysis in companies .

The pyramid can consist of several levels. Any existing system is entered in the lower area, e.g. B. the quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. If the company has other systems, e.g. B. want to implement occupational safety management system (AMS), risk management system (RMS), environmental management system (EMS), he can enter this in the levels above. The company goal that is to be achieved in the near future is entered at the top of the pyramid. That could e.g. B. the Integrated Management System (IMS).
