Marcus Vinícius Cesário (born March 22, 1985 in Ribeirão Preto ) is a Brazilian football player .
Marcus Vinícius played in the youth of Corinthians São Paulo in 2002 and established himself in the first team after just one year. He played for Corinthians from 2003 to 2007. Vinícius was the Brazilian champion in 2005 with the team. He previously won the São Paulo Cup (U-20).
After Corinthians relegated to the second division, Marcus Vinícius moved to the Turkish first division club and promoted Istanbul BB . In his first season he played 21 games and scored five goals as a center-back.
