Mareke Freudenberg
Mareke Freudenberg (* 1977 in Aurich ) is a German soprano .
Life
Mareke Freudenberg studied opera singing at the Hanover University of Music and Drama with Carol Richardson-Smith . Since the 2006/2007 season she has been a member of the ensemble of the Oldenburg State Theater .
Prizes / awards
Mareke Freudenberg is a scholarship holder of the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation and the Friedrich Jürgen Sellheim Concert Foundation .
She has won prizes at several international song competitions.
- 1st prize at the international singing competition of the Braunschweig Classix Festival (2005)
- Erna Schlüter Prize from the Erna Schlüter Society (May 2010)
