Markthausen is the German name of two places that are now in Poland and Russia:

  • Markthausen, Schröttersburg District (1939 to 1945), since 1945: Staroźreby , village in the powiat Płocki, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Poland
  • Markthausen, Labiau District , since 1946: Vysokoye (Kaliningrad, Slavsk) , settlement in Slavsk Raion, Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia
