Medical Corps International Forum (MCIF) was the title of a trade journal for international military and disaster medicine published by Beta Verlag . Until June 2008 the magazine was called Medical Corps International (MCI). The publication was stopped at the end of 2016.
The magazine was the international counterpart of military medicine and military pharmacy and served for the exchange of information between the management levels of military and civil aid organizations. The readership was distributed over more than 200 countries worldwide and consisted mainly of medical management personnel within the military medical services as well as representatives of international organizations and authorities.
The last editor-in-chief was the former chief physician of the Bundeswehr hospital in Ulm , Erhard Grunwald. The Editorial Advisory Board consisted of eight military medics under the leadership of the former inspector of the Dutch Medical Service, Rob van der Meer.
