The Mitsubishi MH2000 was a planned, heavy, club-shaped helicopter from Mitsubishi with a covered tail rotor and skid frame for up to 12 people.

history

The prototype with the designation RP1 still had a free tail rotor. A version with a light chassis was also planned, but this was never realized. Due to numerous technical problems in the course of development, the project was finally discontinued.

Furnishing

The hull is fully glazed. The engines and the gearbox are located in the rear of the machine for better noise reduction. The four rectangular blades of the main rotor are made of plastic. The Fenestron is housed in the thick vertical fin, in front of which there are two smaller horizontal surfaces for better stabilization.
