Mont Blanc

Mont Blanc or Montebianco is a classic dessert named after the mountain of the same name between France and Italy .

For preparation, chestnuts are peeled and cooked until they are soft, pureed, sweetened and whipped cream is added . The mass is placed in the shape of a cone on a plate and covered with whipped cream on top so that it looks like a mountain with a snow-capped top. In some recipes, the mixture is supplemented with chocolate or placed on a base made of sweet dough.
