Moore (formerly: Moore Stephens) is a global network of auditors and consultants. The member companies are legally independent partner companies of Moore Global Network Limited (formerly: Moore Stephens International Limited / MSIL) based in London . The network was founded in London in 1907 as Moore, Partridge & Co. It was followed by the names Moore & Co from 1914 and Moore, Stephens & Co from 1918. From 1986, the network was called Moore Stephens. In September 2019, the company was renamed Moore as part of a global rebranding . The annual fee volume of the affiliated members amounts to approximately 3.06 billion US dollars. This makes Moore one of the largest global auditing and consulting firms.

More than 30,000 partners and employees work for Moore worldwide. The network consists of 609 partner offices in 112 countries. In addition to cross-border and cross-sector cooperation, global quality standards are characteristic. Moore belongs to the so-called "mid-tier networks" group in the auditing industry.

Moors in Austria
The members of Moore / Moore Stephens Austria have around 440 employees, including more than 90 professionals (auditors and tax consultants). The network consists of 10 partner law firms with 15 offices and is represented in seven of the nine Austrian federal states. In addition, some law firms run subsidiaries with IT services and online accounting programs.
Moore in Germany
The German member law firms of Moore are represented nationwide at 15 main locations and achieved a turnover of around 1,400 partners and employees in 2015. 133 million euros.
