The Moscow Patriots are a Russian American football team from Moscow , the team was founded in 2001.
history
The team was founded with the help of the Moscow Federation of American Football and Children's League of American Football on the basis of the Patriot sports club. One year after it was founded, the Russian championship was won. The team has played in the European Football League since 2002 . In 2004 the Patriots lost in the semifinals of the EFL against the eventual Eurobowl winner Chrysler Vikings Vienna .
