Mostis

Mostis ( Greek  Μόστις ) was a Thracian king who lived in the last quarter of the 2nd century / beginning of the 1st century BC. Lived.

Mostis presumably ruled over the Kainoi tribe in southeastern Thrace. He is only known through tetradrachms , which testify to a 38-year reign, and bronze coins, as well as two inscriptions. He was perhaps an ally of King Mithradates VI. from Pontos.
