Mugunghwa-ho

The Mugunghwa (무궁화 - 호, Mugunghwa-ho) has been the name for the cheapest class of passenger trains running nationwide in South Korea since 1960 . They also serve many of the smaller stations that KTX and Saemaeul trains don't use.

The name refers to the Korean national flower mugunghwa ( hibiscus ).
