Muhammed Ndow stood as a candidate for the People's Progressive Party (PPP) in the 2017 parliamentary elections in the Banjul Central constituency in the Kanifing Administrative Region . With 50.09% he was able to win the constituency before Abdoulie Saine (APRC) for himself.
