history
In 1989 the council of the community of Wilnsdorf decided to set up a cultural and historical meeting place. In a first step, the Folklore Museum, which opened in 1993, was created in the newly established meeting place.
With the takeover of the "Dr. Albrecht ” with around 7,000 replicas of objects from around 100 museums from around the world, it became the starting point for a“ cultural-historical educational trail ”with representative cross-sections of various cultures and ages. This was realized in 2003 as a “journey through time” .
