NOB A 2/4

At the Nordostbahn ( NOB ) two different series, a steam locomotive of the type A 2/4 were in use:

• NOB A 2/4 (Maffei) ; The three express train locomotives delivered in 1856 by Maffei, as well as the locomotive replicated in 1861 by Escher & Wyss.
• NOB A 2/4 (Winterthur) ; The total of 50 express train locomotives were delivered by the SLM between 1889 and 1906, with only the first 20 still being delivered to the NOB. The last 30 went directly to SBB.
