Follow-up letter

A follow-up letter is a business letter or part of an application that revisits a topic from a previous business transaction. Its intention is to animate the previous process or to clarify its development.

Example: A company has made offers to five (potential) customers. After z. For example, if a period of two weeks has passed and the customers have not commented on this offer, the company sends them a follow-up letter in which it refers to the offers made and asks whether and how the offer recipient has decided.

The follow-up letter can also be written as part of an application for a job. This method was adopted from the American one and forms the process of active communication after an interview.
