Nathan Quartet

The Nathan Quartet is a German string quartet and was founded in Hamburg in 1996. The quartet has had its own series of concerts in Hamburg and Basel since 2005 and is firmly anchored in the musical life of both cities. The musicians come from three countries: the first violin Dana Anka comes from Romania, the second violin Maja Hunziker and the viola Roswitha Killian represent Switzerland, the cello is played by Arne-Christian Pelz from Germany. Numerous concert tours have taken the nathan quartett to famous podiums in Estonia, Spain, Sweden, Canada and Switzerland as well as to various international festivals, e.g. B. Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Music Festival, Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, Plectrum Festival in Tallinn.
