A Network Coordinator (short: NC) is a person in FidoNet who takes care of the coordination of your network (a geographical area as well as a hierarchical administrative level in FidoNet). The tasks of a network coordinator include creating the node list segment for his network and handling complaints against members (nodes) in his area. The tasks are described in the FidoNet policy.
