Neurobionics

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Neurobionics is a branch of bionics . It combines neuroscience , biology and applied medical technology in order to develop new medical procedures with which destroyed nerve tracts or nerve contacts can be restored after illness or accidents.

Neurochip

The interdisciplinary research field of Neurobionics has set itself the target, the lost sense or mobility of blind, deaf or paralyzed people through implantation of microchips ( Neurochip restore all or part of). These serve as a bridge for destroying nerve cells as a brain computer interface ( brain-computer interface wherein the microchip pass the neural signals to the computer, which analyzes it and passes it on to another microchip) which signals to nerve contacts or prosthetic gives.
