Nocturnal (German: in the night) is the first studio album by the American electro singer Brandon Hilton . It was released on June 13, 2011.
Publication and promotion
The album was released as a download and on CD. On June 9, 2011, Hilton released a promo video on YouTube and on his official website, in which he introduced some songs from his album. Shortly afterwards, all songs were previewed on Hilton's website. Hilton himself said of his new album: “It's a big step from my first album 'Dirty On The Dancefloor'. My songs were about partying and fun. Nocturnal is more personal and I think you can hear my musical development too. "
Artwork
The photo for the album cover shows Brandon Hilton against a plain silver background. His hands are clasped in prayer and tied with a rope, he has long false fingernails. He wears elaborate make-up in the form of silver hexagons. The same kind of hexagons in black are also around his neck. Hiltons hair is also silver and about shoulder length. In the upper left corner is "Brandon Hilton" and underneath the album title "Nocturnal".
