Nomination contract

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nominate contract or nominate contract is the name commonly used in Switzerland for legally regulated contracts . The opposite is the Innominat contract . A distinction is made between mixed contracts (with elements from nominee contracts) and contracts of their own type (all other innominate contracts).

These terms are not used in Germany. The terms typical and atypical contract are used here. In the case of atypical contracts, one also speaks of contracts sui generis .
