Norbert W. Paul
Norbert W. Paul (* 1964 in Solingen ) is a German doctor and philosopher . Since 2004 he has been Professor of the History, Theory and Ethics of Medicine at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and Head of the Institute for the History, Theory and Ethics of Medicine.
Life
Norbert W. Paul studied history, philosophy and German philology at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster from 1985 to 1993 and received his doctorate there in 1995. rer. med. Since 2004 he has been Professor and Director of the Institute for the History, Theory and Ethics of Medicine at the Mainz University Medical Center.
