Emergency heating for single-family and multi-family houses in electrical operation

Under an emergency heating or replacement heating means a portable heat generator in case of failure or malfunction of a heater to heat and / or hot water supply in a timely manner a building or room can take over temporarily. A distinction is made between mobile heating centers , which rely on an existing heating system, and mobile direct heating devices (such as fan heaters ), which heat the surrounding room air directly, i.e. without heat transfer media (such as water). While mobile direct heating devices mostly cover small outputs (approx. 1 to 5 kW) and heat individual rooms, mobile heating centers are characterized by their high performance of up to 6 megawatts, which make large buildings up to entire residential areas heatable and can also provide hot water.
