The Oneirophrenia (from Greek : ὄνειρος (Oneiros) , Dreams') is a dream experience similar manner of real processes with simultaneous drowsiness, for example, in delirium tremens . During this state, inner images can also be perceived as so real that dream and real world cannot be separated.

Oneirophrenia can occur in all psychoses , in particular in schizophrenia and cyclophrenia .
