Company salam

The Salam company was a German defense operation during World War II . The company was carried out in 1942 under the command of the Hungarian desert explorer László Almásy . The operation aimed to support the German Africa Corps . For this purpose, two German spies were to be smuggled through the desert into Egypt , which was controlled by Great Britain .
