Oregon Ballot Measure 80 was a referendum that was rejected in the US state of Oregon in 2012, but was adopted as Oregon Ballot Measure 91 in 2014 .

Oregon Ballot Measure 80 legislative initiative aimed at legalizing personal marijuana / hemp cultivation and unauthorized use of marijuana; it also provided for the regulation of commercial marijuana cultivation / sale.

Result of the vote

Oregon Ballot Measure 80 was rejected by 923,071 (55.8%) to 810,538 (44.2%) votes.
