Pakulaid is an Estonian island in the Baltic Sea .

Pakulaid is located at the entrance to Soela väin (German Sele-Sund ), the strait between the two largest Estonian islands Saaremaa and Hiiumaa . The island is located immediately northwest of the Saaremaa peninsula Pammana (Pammana poolsaar) , only 300 meters from the coast.

Pakulaid is 0.281 hectares and is uninhabited.
