Pal (La Massana)
Pal is a village in the Principality of Andorra , it belongs to the parish of La Massana . In 2013 the place had 236 inhabitants.
Pal is located south of the Riu Pal river at an altitude of 1551 meters. The village church of Església de Sant Climent dates from the Romanesque period and has a rectangular, tracery adorned bell tower.
The resort of Pal-Arinsal is part of the Vallnord ski area , which is one of the largest ski areas in Andorra with an area of 1149 hectares and a lift capacity of around 48,000 people per hour. A total of 89 km of downhill pistes with 43 mechanical lifts, 442 snow cannons and 15 cafes are distributed in the ski area.
