The Palais Zichy (Slovak Zičiho palác or older Zichyho palác ) is a palace in Bratislava .

The palace is in the old town at 11 Ventúrska at the corner of Prepoštská. It was built between 1770 and 1780 by order of Franz von Zichy . Three other medieval houses were demolished for this purpose.

From 1817 to 1819, the German composer Heinrich Marschner worked as Count Zichy's music teacher in the palace . The best known are his operas Der Vampyr and Hans Heiling .

Today the palace serves as a cultural center and is used especially on festive occasions.

Opposite are the house of Mary Vetsera's family at number 12 and the Palais Pálffy at number 10 , which today houses the Austrian embassy.
