The Palais des Bonbons et du Nougat (German: Palace of Bonbons and Nougats ) in Montélimar (France) is a museum and amusement park. The history, origin and variety of confectionery and sugar are documented and colorfully presented there.

The focus is on the cultural history and production method of nougat .

The museum, which opened in 2005, includes a nougat factory, a restaurant, a so-called Maison de Jouets with toys, electronic toys and toy robots, a boutique and the Musée des bonbons ( Museum of candies ). There is also a Ferme des Animaux miniatures , a petting zoo , an Aire de Jeux , a children's playground and the Espace Gonflable: Air Badaboum , a covered and technically complex playground.
